Delhomme, who has been charged with harassment, is accused of shoving Larry Weissman, a Village Board-appointed special prosecutor, three times on the shoulder and neck during a confrontation in the Village Hall trustee's room on Tuesday afternoon, according to News 12.
On Wednesday, the mayor, while accusing Weissman of "fraudulently" stealing taxpayer funds through excessive billing, told News 12 that he asked police to remove Weissman from the room.
Weissman responded Wednesday by telling News 12 that Delhomme holds a grudge against him because his former partner is attempting to remove Delhomme from office.
