The current member of the Ramapo Zoning Board of Appeals says he doesn’t deny he lives in New Jersey, but spends most of his time in a Monsey apartment, where he’s registered to vote, according to the report.
State law proclaims that to qualify to vote at an address, someone must intend to make that address their permanent home, reports lohud.
