  • A 25-year-old Suffern man with several charges following a dispute early Sunday, when officers responded to a bar on Lafayette Avenue for a report of a disturbance; when they arrived, they placed the man under arrest on harassment and disorderly conduct charges. The 18-year-old was arrested after being stopped for driving without headlights and it was discovered that he had an active warrant from Suffern for driving on a suspended license.
  • Two Suffern residents were charged with violating a village ordinance against having open containers of alcohol after they were stopped by an officer who was checking a suspicious vehicle in Brooklands Park.
