Darwin Vasquez is charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt, along with harassment, obstructing justice and false personation following the most recent incident on Monday. Police said he banged on her windows in the early morning, then lied and fought off police as they tried to arrest him, lohud.com says.

This follows a February arrest for breaking into her apartment and slapping her, and an April arrest for making threatening phone calls to her, lohud.com reports. He's being held on $20,000 bond pending a Thursday, May 12, hearing in Suffern Justice Court, lohud.com says.
