Ramapo Police Nab Couple With Heroin, Other Drugs

RAMAPO, N.Y. --  Ramapo Police arrested two Pennsylvania residents on drug charges Thursday after receiving a report of a suspicious vehicle, according to Ramapo Det. Sgt. Brian Corbett.

Rylee Smyth, 24, of Hawley, Pa., and Christopher Guglielmino, 22, of Tafton, Pa., were arrested after police responded to the report on Inwood Drive in the Hillcrest area around 3 p.m., police said. 

During an investigation, police found the couple were in possession of 20 grams of heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine, Corbett said.

 Smyth and Guglielmino were charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Both were arraigned in the Town of Ramapo Justice Court and are being held at the Rockland County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
