Marlon Martinez, 35, is wanted for petit larceny in relation to a 2014 incident that occurred in the village of Airmont, Ramapo police said.
Martinez is around 5 feet 7 inches and weighed roughly 200 pounds at the time of his arrest in 2014, police said.
