Taylor was ordered held on $75,000 bail this afternoon during a court appearance following his arrest at a Rockland County hotel, where, authorities say, a pimp brought him a 16-year-old prostitute.

Ramapo Police Chief Peter Brower told reporters that Taylor, a 51-year-old former crackhead, “engaged in sexual intercourse with a child less than 17 for which he paid the victim $300.”

A runaway from the Bronx, N.Y., she was brought to Taylor’s room at the Holidome Hotel in Montebello, N.Y., by a man police identified as Rasheed Davis, who has been charged with unlawful imprisonment, assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Brower said Davis also beat  her before they arrived.

On their way back, the girl reportedly texted her father, who notified authorities.
