SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Nancy D’Anna, 89, of Suffern, died Sept. 30.
She was born March 10, 1927, in Brooklyn, to Tony and Rose (Russo) Matera.
She was a member of the Torne Valley Senior Group.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony D’Anna Sr.; three children; Anna Lynn Esposito and her husband Ben, Nancy Swanson and her husband Alex and Anthony D’Anna and his wife Julie Killingsworth -D’Anna; six grandchildren, Robert, Alex, Christina, Nicholas, Jack and Ben; and sister, Ella Batolomucci.
She was predeceased by her two brothers, Gene and Louis Matera.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, 129 Lafayette Ave., Suffern. Entombment will follow at the Cemetery of the Ascension in Airmont.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Association or Sacred Heart Church would be appreciated.
