Strong Winds Bring Down Tree In Pomona

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Wednesday's strong winds brought down a tree, blocking Ladentown Road in the Pomona area of town, according to the Ramapo Police Department.

The roadway was closed just east of Moutain Road. The Ramapo Highway Department and Orange & Rockland Utilities responded to the scene, police said.
