Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Struck By Vehicle In Ramapo

A pedestrian struck by a vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to the Ramapo Police.

The pedestrian, who was hit around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Route 59 and North Airmont Road, was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital by Ramapo Valley Ambulance and is expected to recover.
