Novartis, which is shaking up its drugmaking division, shuttering sites, and planning layoffs, has had its Rockland campus on the market for two years, lohud reported.

A local real estate broker told the media outlet that both developer candidates have industrial or commercial uses in mind for the 125-acre site on Old Mill Road, says lohud.com.

Novartis is also selling two other parcels, which amount to another 38 acres, reports lohud.com.
