Rockland County has become quite the craft beer bar scene, stepping up its suds game and offering residents a host of “hoppy” options. We asked for the best in the county; you gave us your picks. Now, four finalists are competing in our “DVlicious Best Craft Beer Bar in Rockland” contest. Each has been profiled this week.

Voting ends 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24. The winner will receive a framed DVlicious certificate as well as the pride in knowing it has raised the bar in Rockland County.
Seven Lakes Station Taphouse, Sloatsburg

Why It’s Liquid Gold: Nestled at the base of Harriman State Park, Seven Lakes Station Taphouse is a prime spot to enjoy a beer after a hike, grab one on the way in to hike, or relax and unwind in a cozy, intimate setting.
The bar has 14 beers in a rotating tap and offers two "flights" of beers to sample: a local flight and a specialty flight that currently consists of Oktoberfest and pumpkin brews along with some Belgian beers. Seven Lakes Station offer beers for purchase in the store and growlers to go.
Local brews on tap include Glenmere Helles Bock Lager brewed in Florida, Newburgh Cream Ale, and North River East IPA #6 brewed in Wappingers Falls. Other exclusive beers include Grimm Present Perfect and two Westbrook Brewing Co. beers.
