Three Area Residents Charged In Drug Deal Gone Bad, Police Say Three area residents were arrested and charged for a crazy drug deal gone bad that included one of the men hanging onto a vehicle and being dragged, state police said. The incident took place around 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, when the New York State Police troopers and members of the Village of Fishkill Police Department responded to Route 9 for a report of a hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian with vehicles chasing one another, said Trooper AJ Hicks, spokesman for the state police.
