59-Year-Old Man Accused Of Stealing Campaign Signs In Hudson Valley A man faces charges after allegedly stealing political campaign signs from a residence in the region, authorities announced.  Putnam County resident Lucas Gonze, age 59, of of Cold Spring, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 17 following an incident in Philipstown, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Monday, Oct. 21.  According to authorities, on Thursday at around 3:20 p.m., a resident in the area of Route 9D near Mandalay Drive saw someone take campaign signs.
