Man Accused Of Exposing Himself To Women In Hudson Valley
A Hudson Valley man has been charged with allegedly exposing himself to women walking in a residential area.
The incident occurred in Rockland County on Monday, June 3, in Chestnut Ridge.
According to Lt. Chris Franklin of the Ramapo Police, Orange County resident Joseph Perez, age 31, of Greenwood Lake, was exposing himself while in a vehicle in Chestnut Ridge.
An investigation was conducted by RPD Detectives, which resulted in the identification of the vehicle and the suspect, Franklin said.

State Police arrested an area man for allegedly exposing himself to women and then touching them without consent and masturbating in public.
The Orange County resident was arrested after a woman and her husband called state police to report that an unknown man grabbed the woman as he walked by and then exposed himself around 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, in Kiryas Joel, said Trooper Steven Nevel.

Visitors to a Sunoco gas station in Westchester might have done a double take if they happened to catch a view of a large naked man dancing in the parking lot.
The man, who police did not identify, but said was from Hobe Sound, Florida, was arrested around 10:10 p.m., on Tuesday, June 11, when officers responded to a 911 call from the gas station in the village of Mamaroneck at 540 Mamaroneck Ave., who reported a man was acting "erratically," said Mamaroneck Police Lt. Drunk, Nearly Naked Man Caught Trying To Run Onto Area Roadway, Police Say
A strange scene unfolded in Putnam County when a “highly intoxicated” man began undressing himself before attempting to run into a roadway to avoid troopers attempting to arrest him, state police said.
Troopers were dispatched to Tanglewylde Road in Putnam Valley shortly after 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, where there was a report of “an unknown disturbance.”
