3 Shot, Including 15-Month-Old In Region An intensive investigation is underway after three people, including a 15-month-old boy, were shot in at a home in the region. The incident took place in Sullivan County in Monticello around 10 p.m. on Friday, May 5 at a home located at 15 Holmes St. According to Lt. Mark Johnstone, of the Monticello Police Department, officers responded to the home after receiving a 911 report of shots fired. When officers arrived they found three people who had sustained gunshot wounds including a 27-year-old man, a 20-year-old woman, and a 15-month-old.
