Tammel Esco, age 42, of Yonkers, was arrested on Friday, March 11 after Yonkers Police responded to an apartment complex for a report of a woman bleeding at the scene. Yonkers police discovered the two women around 4:30 p.m, on Monday, Nov. 1, after receiving a request for a welfare check from a friend who had not heard from the daughter since Friday, Oct. 29. Two Dead After Man Jumps Off Building, Landing On Victim In Westchester Two men are dead after one of them jumped from the top of a building, hitting and killing the second man below overnight in Westchester County. The incident took place around 6 p.m., Monday, Sept. 20 at 77 Locust Hill Ave., in Yonkers.
