Starting on Friday, June 14, and lasting through Sunday, June 16, national fast-food chain Wendy’s is offering up a buy-one-get-one Baconator deal for Father’s Day.
The deal applies to all four types of Baconators — including the Baconator, Son of Baconator, Pretzel Baconator, and Breakfast Baconator — and is an in-app-only promotion, meaning customers will need to sign up for free, according to People Magazine.

New Update: Long Island 15-Year-Old Missing For Days Located

A 15-year-old Long Island girl who was missing for several days has been located.
Sindy Alvarez, of Brentwood, had last been seen at around 11 a.m. Friday, May 12, in Brentwood, at the Wendy’s restaurant on Wicks Road, according to Suffolk County Police.
On Tuesday, May 16, police announced that the teen had been found and was unharmed.

E. Coli Outbreak Linked To Wendy's Grows, CDC Says
A multi-state E. coli outbreak linked to romaine lettuce in sandwiches at Wendy's has grown, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
There have now been 55 more reported infections in the outbreak, bringing the total number of cases to 84, and hospitalizations to 34, the CDC announced Thursday, Aug. 25.
In its initial report on the outbreak, about three dozen people were sickened, with 10 hospitalized, in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

A former Manhasset-Lakeville fire captain has been arrested for allegedly stealing more than $10,000 from a bank account used by the department.
Alex November, 30, of Glen Cove, was arrested on Thursday, June 20 and charged with grand larceny, 12 counts of falsifying business records, and official misconduct, said the Nassau County District Attorney's Office.
