Alert Issued For Missing Farmingdale Woman With Dementia Authorities are asking for help in locating a missing vulnerable adult from Long Island. Brenda Simmons, 76, was last seen on Fulton Street in the village of Farmingdale at around 6 a.m. Monday, Dec. 16, according to Nassau County Police. Simmons, who suffers from dementia, was driving a gray 2009 Honda Accord with New York plates HDM-3912. She is 5-foot-1 and 145 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. Deaf Woman Reported Missing On Long Island Police are asking for help in locating a vulnerable adult who was reported missing on Long Island. Samantha Primus, age 46, was last seen in Elmont at around 3:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, on Savoy Avenue, according to authorities. Primus is developmentally disabled, deaf, and non-verbal, and may be in need of medical attention, officials said. She is described as being around 5-foot-3, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. (See photo above.)
