'A Culinary Treat': New Pizzeria In Valley Stream Cited For 'Fresh, Delicious' Fare
Not in the mood to cook? This new Long Island pizzeria may be just the answer.
Via Cuma Sourdough Pizza & Cucina held its grand opening on Monday, Aug. 19, in Valley Stream at 415 Rockaway Avenue.
Under the direction of chef-owner Luca Schiano Di Cola, the eatery serves up nearly a dozen pies, including margherita, Neapolitan, and capricciosa.
Diners can also opt for the salsiccia friarielli e provola, made with smoked fior di latte cheese, pork sausage, broccoli rabe, chili pepper, shaved parmigiano reggiano, and olive oil.
