Teen Hospitalized In Critical Condition After Crashing Into Semi-Trailer In Uniondale
An 18-year-old woman was hospitalized in critical condition after crashing into a semi-trailer, police said. A 2018 Jeep being driven by the teen - whose name has not been released - was driving in Uniondale east on the Hempstead Turnpike near the intersection of Cunningham Avenue shortly after 1:30 a.m. on Friday, April 15, when it struck the trailer, which was unoccupied at the time of the collision.
