Seen Him? Alert Issued For Missing Long Island Man
Police are asking for help in locating a Long Island man who was reported missing. Peter MacDonald, age 49, was last seen leaving his Seaford residence at around 7 a.m. Friday, Jan. 26, according to Nassau County Police. He was driving a gray 2012 Toyota Sienna at the time. MacDonald is described as 5-foot-11 and is bald with blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, gray pants, and a blue shirt. Mastic Man Found Unconscious In Minivan With Screaming Baby Charged With DWI, Police Say
A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said he was found unconscious in a minivan with a screaming baby on Long Island. The incident happened in Bellport at about 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 17, the Suffolk County Police Department said. A 911 caller reported an unresponsive man in the driver's seat of a 2008 Toyota Sienna parked in the middle of Bellport Avenue near Beaver Dam Road, SCPD said. Man Accused Of Taking Victim's Phone, Crashing Into Two Vehicles On Long Island
A man has been charged after police said he took the cell phone of a victim who was trying to record him and crashed his vehicle into two cars, injuring one woman. Nassau County Police said Steven Megel, age 36, of Brooklyn, was arrested for the incident that happened just after 2 p.m. on Monday, July 19. Police said Megel was arguing with a 59-year-old man working at a car dealership in Island Park. The man began recording the dispute. NCPD said that's when Megel forcibly took the victim's cellphone.
