After just an hour of jury deliberation, a Long Island man has been convicted of shooting his wife to death, as well as attempting to kill her brother, officials announced.
Levittown resident Thomas DiNapoli’s murder conviction came on Monday, June 26, the Nassau County DA announced.
DiNapoli, aged 70, was found guilty of murder and attempted murder for an August 2020 incident where he shot his wife after an argument and then tried to kill his brother-in-law.

A 68-year-old man may spend the rest of his life in prison for allegedly murdering his wife and attempting to kill his brother-in-law with a shotgun in their Long Island home.
Levittown resident Thomas DiNapoli was arraigned on Tuesday, Oct. 27 and charged for murder, attempted murder, and assault, following an incident in their Cord Lane home in August.
