Marlon Bulger, age 30, of West Babylon, has an active warrant for menacing for threatening to stab a woman with a knife in West Babylon on Tuesday, April 25, said the Suffolk County Police and Crimestoppers. Man Riding Electric Scooter Dies In West Babylon Crash, Police Say An investigation is underway after a 43-year-old man was struck and killed by a car while riding an electric scooter on Long Island. The crash happened on Sunrise Highway in West Babylon at about 3:20 a.m. on Monday, April 4, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. Edward Marcuteanu, of Lindenhurst, was riding a Splach electric scooter in the middle eastbound lane near Exit 40 when a 2016 Honda Accord struck him, SCPD reported. Suspect At Large After 20-Year-Old Injured In Long Island Shooting A 20-year-old man was hospitalized with a gunshot wound after being found in the mid-afternoon at a Long Island gas station. Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that happened shortly after 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 in the back of the BP gas station on Sunrise Highway in West Babylon.
