A man on Long Island has been found to be in possession of child pornography, authorities announced.
Dylan Mulvihill, age 30, was arrested on Wednesday, May 29, New York State Police announced.
A cyber tip generated by the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) led state investigators to obtain a search warrant against Mulvihill, who lives in Mastic.
After seizing Mulvihill’s computers, cell phones, USB, hard drives, and more, he was arrested and charged with the following:

Multiple Suffolk County businesses have been charged with misdemeanors for selling small quantities of day-old baby chicks, the Suffolk County DA announced on Wednesday, April 5.
Baby chicks, bunnies, and ducklings are often purchased near Easter and are used for decorations or presents, DA Raymond A. Tierney said, adding that "animals are not toys or merchandise."
They can sometimes be dyed in an assortment of colors, which can cause illness and death to the animal.

A local woman is facing a host of charges after allegedly fleeing from police on the Long Island Expressway
Just before 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, a trooper attempted to stop a black BMW 650i on the eastbound LIE between exits 70 and 71 in the town of Brookhaven, New York State Police said.
While fleeing, the driver, Sade Williams, age 22, of East Patchogue, exited at Old Country Road ramp, lost control and struck a sign before fleeing on foot, according to police.
After a short foot pursuit, Williams was taken into custody.

One person was killed and five others were hospitalized after a two-car crash involving a drunk driver overnight on Long Island, police said.
It happened just after 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21 in Islip.
Driver, Michael Lupo, age 23, of North Babylon, was traveling southbound on the Robert Moses Causeway in a Dodge Charger when it collided with a Ford Focus, causing the Dodge to overturn, according to state police.
The Dodge had four passengers. One of them, Allen Boston, age 23, of West Babylon, was taken to a nearby hospital and later died of injuries sustained in the crash, according …

Police on Long Island apprehended a murder suspect who is believed to have killed his wife.
On Monday, Oct. 4, the Sag Harbor Police Department in Suffolk County received a report out of New Jersey that a woman, Masany Cruz, age 29, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, who was reported missing there and may be staying at the Sag Harbor Inn.
When officers arrived at the Inn, they located her husband, William Cruz, age 31, who was taken into custody for questioning without incident and treated at an area hospital.

One trooper was injured and several state police cruisers sustained damage as an allegedly impaired wrong-way driver was apprehended on Long Island.
At approximately 6:05 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, the wrong-way driver was reported on the Ocean State Parkway eastbound in the westbound lanes in the town of Babylon.
Troopers located the vehicle, and a pursuit was initiated.

An inmate from Suffolk County is facing new charges for assault and harassment, officials said.
Christopher Aiello, 49, of North Babylon, a current inmate at the Yaphank Correctional Facility following his arrest for criminal contempt, was transported to Suffolk County First District Court on Friday, Nov. 15, for an unrelated court appearance, the Suffolk County Sheriff announced.
