Rockaway Beach Man Nabbed For Spree Of Purse, Credit Card Thefts A Rockaway Beach man has been arrested following a spree of purse and credit card thefts in the area, police say. Officers with the Nassau County Police Department say Frank Rodriquez, 57, was involved in multiple grand larceny incidents that occurred throughout the county. Rodriguez allegedly targeted elderly women when shopping at stores. Police say the victims’ purses and credit cards would be taken while they were distracted looking at store products. Rodriguez would then allegedly leave the store and make as many purchases as possible with the stolen cards before they were deactivate…
