Covid-19: Long Island Man Accused Of Attacking Bus Driver After Refusing To Wear Mask A Long Island man was arrested for allegedly assaulting a NICE bus driver after refusing to wear a face mask amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Hassan Moore, age 26, was arrested around 1:45 p.m. Monday, March 22, in Franklin Square following the incident that took place at the intersection of Monroe Street and the Hempstead Turnpike, said the Nassau County Police.
