Suspect On Loose After Attempted Robbery At Valley Stream Gas Station Police are searching for a suspect after an overnight attempted armed robbery at a Long Island gas station. It happened around 2:15 a.m. Sunday, April 23 in Valley Stream. The suspect entered the BP gas station on Rockaway Avenue and approached the register where a 25-year-old man was working, Nassau County Police said. He then displayed what appeared to be a black pistol and pointed it in the direction of the worker. The victim, fearing for his life, locked himself in the bathroom located behind the register and called for police assistance.  The suspect fled the store on…

Alert Issued For Wanted Long Island Man Have you seen him? An alert has been issued for a suspect who allegedly violated the terms of his court-ordered probation and is now wanted. Titus Green, 27, of East Rockaway, is wanted by police in Nassau County on a violation of probation charge after he allegedly violated the court-ordered conditions.  Green was released following his arrest and later failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a bench warrant for his arrest for violating his probation.
