Gatsby On The Ocean restaurant and catering facility opened Friday, June 7 in the iconic West Bathhouse at Parking Field 3 at Jones Beach. It has a menu that features artisanal ingredients with dishes prepared by Executive Chef Andrew Helliwell in a new American culinary style. On Thursdays, it offers a special "New York State of Mind" menu highlighted by local ingredients. Gatsby has wine and beer including ones from New York State. There is live music on Thursdays.
