Sentencing: Long Island Shooter Who Left Victim Quadriplegic To Spend 25 Years Behind Bars
A Long Island man who pointed a loaded gun at another man’s head and fired, leaving him quadriplegic, will now spend over two decades behind bars, authorities announced.
Carlos Spielfogel-Lopez, age 36, was given his sentence on Wednesday, Sept. 6, months after he had been convicted by a jury for the Hempstead incident, according to the Nassau County District Attorney.
