As of late Friday morning, Oct. 18, PSEG Long Island utility crews were dealing with 551 outages, impacting 1,143 of its 1,161,924 customers. As of late Thursday morning, Oct. 17, 1,098 outages were reported by PSEG Long Island customers, impacting 11,498 customers, with a bulk of the outages reported on the East End.
