Former President Donald Trump is going on the offensive, filing a $100 million lawsuit against the New York Times and his niece, Mary Trump, as he seeks to withhold disclosing his tax information. NY AG Asks Judge To Order Westchester Resident Eric Trump’s Testimony About Four Properties
New York Attorney General Letitia James is calling on a state court to compel Eric Trump to testify regarding an investigation of the family organization and its properties in the state.
