The identities have been released one woman who was killed and another who suffered critical injuries after a fire on Long Island. The blaze broke out around 5:05 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 18 in Plainview at a Senior Living Apartment Complex located at 107 Central Park Road. Residents of a Long Island home were displaced after a fire severely damaged the residence. Responders raced to the house in Syosset, located on Bluebird Drive, as it became engulfed in flames at about 4:40 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 10, the Nassau County Police Department said. A garage of a Long Island home received heavy damage after a fire ripped through the garage area. The fire took place around 12:15 am, Thursday, Nov. 4, on Wolf Hill Road, said the Melville Volunteer Fire Department. According to officials, the fire started at approximately 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 1 at one of the units in the Eagle Rock apartment complex on Pond Road in Woodbury in Nassau County. A total of 120 firefighters from 14 departments battled a four-alarm house fire that moved to another structure on Long Island. The blaze broke out around 12:40 p.m., Monday, Feb. 24, in Farmingdale at 490 Secatogue Ave., said Nassau County Police. Woman Found Dead After House Fire Breaks Out On Long Island
A woman was found dead after a house fire broke out on Long Island. It happened just after 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 25 in Plainview on Audrey Avenue. After the fire was knocked down, the body of the 65-year-old woman was found in an upstairs bedroom, Nassau County Police said. The Plainview Fire Department, with the assistance of Jericho, Syosset and Bethpage Fire Departments extinguished the fire. Long Island Apartment Fire Under Investigation
An investigation is underway after an apartment fire broke out on Long Island. Emergency responders rushed to the scene in Woodbury at 114 Fairhaven Boulevard off Jericho Turnpike at about 9:45 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30.
