Peppercorns, A Hicksville Mainstay, To Close It will soon be closing time for a popular Long Island restaurant that has been a mainstay in the community for more than 40 years. Peppercorns Restaurant & Catering announced this week that its familiar old firehouse location in Hicksville will close as of Thursday, Aug. 1.
