Man Nabbed For Dwai After LIE Chain-Reaction Crash With Serious Injuries In Holtsville: Police A man has been arrested on charges of driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol after a chain-reaction Long Island Expressway crash sent four others to the hospital overnight. The incident occurred around 12:20 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, on the eastbound side, about 1,000 feet east of Nicolls Road in Holtsville. Police say Matthew Sheehy, age 46, of East Setauket, was driving a 2022 Dodge pickup when he struck a disabled 2010 Chrysler Town and Country parked on the right shoulder.  The impact sent the Chrysler across the lanes, where it was struck by a 2018 Honda CRV.
