The Village of Rockville Centre Police Department was certified by KultureCity, a nonprofit organization that typically trains venue staff to accommodate people with sensory needs, like those with autism. Jillian Breslin, originally from East Meadow and living in Astoria, Queens, died Monday, Jan. 29 at the age of 35, her obituary said.
