The incident happened in Patchogue, at the 7-Eleven store located near Montauk Highway and Bay Avenue, at around 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. Suffolk County Police said 37-year-old Ronald Rios, of East Patchogue, made sexual comments to a 13-year-old girl.
