Woman, 35, Killed In Crash That Caused Hours-Long LI Expressway Closure A 35-year-old woman was killed in a crashed that caused the hours-long closure of a stretch of the Long Island Expressway. The crash occurred on the westbound side around 8:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2 in Suffolk County.
