Port Washington School Superintendent Charged With DWI After Crash Seriously Injures Motorist
A Long Island school superintendent has bee accused of driving while intoxicated after a crash on Long Island seriously injured a motorist. Suffolk County Police said the incident occurred at about 9:05 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 24, in Sayville, at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Depot Street. Two school buildings have been forced to close after a pair of students tested positive for COVID-19 at a Long Island school district. Students in the Port Washington School District tested positive for the virus, prompting Superintendent Michael Hynes to temporarily shut down Paul D. Schreiber High School and John J.
