Alert Issued For Missing 17-Year-Old Long Island Boy An alert has been issued for a 17-year-old Long Island boy who has gone missing. Michael Benson of Riverhead was last seen wearing black pants, a blue Adidas shirt and gray sneakers, according to authorities.  He is 5-foot-6, 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Michael is believed to be with two male companions and may be in the local area or may travel to Nassau County, Riverhead Town Police Department said. He also may be in Miller Place.
