The incident happened shortly after 8 a.m. east of the Sayville station and involved a "trespasser," according to Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police. Trapped Rafters Rescued From Fast-Moving Hudson Valley River First responders came to the aid of a pair of rafters from Long Island who were trapped in a river in the Hudson Valley, authorities announced.
