Armed Robber Tussles With 7-Eleven Employees On Long Island
A suspect is on the loose following an armed robbery at a Long Island convenience store. The incident happened in Riverhead, at the 7-Eleven store on Old Country Road, at around 1:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 4. Riverhead Town Police said a masked man approached the counter and requested a pack of cigarettes before demanding that the female clerk open the cash register. A video of a woman becoming combative while refusing to wear a mask at a Hudson Valley department store has gone viral after she went on a tirade against customers asking her to cover up during the COVID-19 pandemic.
