Road Rage: Man Shoots At Vehicle During Incident At Busy Deer Park Intersection Police are investigating a shooting during a road-rage incident at a busy Long Island intersection. It happened just before 11 a.m.  Thursday, June 8 in Deer Park. That's when a man in a vehicle approaching the intersection of Commack Road and Marcus Boulevard was shot by what appears to be a BB gun or gel pellets coming from a black Hyundai, according to Suffolk County Police.
