Fisher-Price is recalling hundreds of thousands of baby dumbbell toys that could pose a potential choking threat to infants the US Consumer Product Safety (CPSC) announced. The retailer is recalling 366,200 toys that were sold nationwide and online along with the Baby Biceps Gift Set that includes dumbbells with caps that can pop off, creating the hazard. A Long Island man who police say has been arrested 46 times has been charged with 10 new larcenies across the region. Emmitt Smith, age 43, of Bellport, was charged on Wednesday, April 24, with the larcenies that occurred across Nassau County, according to Nassau County Police. Police arrested three people who allegedly stole thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from Long Island stores. On Thursday, Dec. 7, the trio were caught in the parking lot of the Oceanside Marshalls, located at 3544 Long Beach Road.
