1,000 Gallons Of Date Rape Drug Found During Raid On Long Island Business, DA Says
Among the trove of illegal drugs and cash that were allegedly confiscated from a Long Island business was over one thousand gallons of a liquid commonly known as the “date rape drug,” prosecutors allege.
Matthew Leshinsky, age 23, of Levittown, was indicted on over a dozen drug charges in Suffolk County Court on Monday, July 3, following a raid on his business, Quantitative Laboratories, in Ronkonkoma.
It came nearly a month after Suffolk County Police officers were called to the facility on Pond Road at around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, with reports of a burglary.

Man Found With Crystal Meth During Narcotics Investigation On Long Island, Police Say
An alleged drug dealer is facing charges after police said he was busted with illegal drugs during a narcotics investigation on Long Island.
Aristos Reglas, age 44, of East Elmhurst, Queens, was arrested on drug charges by Nassau County Police Tuesday, Nov. 1, in Merrick.
Detectives with the department’s Narcotics/Vice Squad found Reglas in possession of a glass pipe containing a substance believed to be crystalized methamphetamine, police said.
Investigators subsequently found an additional amount of the drug, according to police.

A Long Island man is facing charges after police allegedly found illegal drugs and hundreds of dollars in cash inside his home.
Charles Whittlesey, age 61, of Massapequa, was arrested Monday, Oct. 24, following an investigation by the Nassau County Police Department’s Narcotics/Vice bureau.
