Trader Joe's Recalling 653K Scented Candles Sold Nationwide Due To Possible Fire Hazard: Cpsc Trader Joe's is cautioning customers to trash a certain scented candle that poses a potential safety risk, the grocery giant announced. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued a fresh alert this week regarding its "Mango Tangerine Scented Candle," which they say may have an "unexpected burn pattern." In July, the company issued an alert about the products. According to Trader Joe's officials, the candle flame can spread from the wick to the wax causing a larger than expected flame, presenting a burn or fire risk. Woman Wanted For Stealing Wallet, Attempting To Use Stolen Credit Card At Long Island Store Police are searching for a woman who attempted to use credit cards from the wallet of a shopper on Long Island. A Huntington woman reported the wallet missing at approximately 1:50 a.m. on Monday Nov. 2 while shopping at the Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station, according to Suffolk County Police.
