The incident happened at around 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, in Shirley, on the Sunrise Highway Service Road near Maple Avenue, according to Suffolk County Police. The incident took place around 8:40 a.m., Friday, Dec. 25, at the Bolla Market, located at 2155 Linden Boulevard in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police.
