Seen Him? Alert Issued For Man Last Seen On Long Island Police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a man missing from Long Island who may need medical attention. Leo Frazier, age 88, was last seen on Tuesday, March 19 in Hempstead, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. It was just before 8 p.m. on that day when Frazier was spotted driving a 2002 tan Nissan Altima (with New York registration CZD-4820) on Frazier Street.
