The incident began in Suffolk County around 9:56 a.m., Thursday, June 25, in the area of Paprocki Avenue and Chestnut Place in West Islip, said the West Islip Fire Department. First responders were dispatched to a Michele Terrace home in Massapequa at approximately 9:50 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18, where there was a report of a house fire.
