Fashion Designer Kenneth Cole Lists Westchester Estate For $22M: Report After several decades, famed fashion designer Kenneth Cole has decided to list his more-than-century-old Westchester estate where he raised his children, according to reports.  Cole, who owns the global Kenneth Cole Productions fashion company, has listed his Purchase estate for $22 million with Pat Hirsch at Julia B. Women's Fashion Brand Opens At Smith Haven Mall Trendy women's fashion brand Windsor is opening a store at Smith Haven Mall. Two grand opening events are set, one on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 5, both with DJs and giveaways, according to the mall. Windsor was founded in 1937 as a family-owned women’s fashion store in southern California.  The store carries trendy styles for special occasions, nights out, and every day wear.
